Hi, I'm Denóir.

In 2011, I graduated 2nd best in my class. Shortly after, I landed a role at one of the country's biggest commercial banks. Within a year, I was ranked among the Top 10 performers under 30. I was only 23.

Life was moving fast.

I was part of teams building solutions that drove growth and profitability for the bank, and I was constantly on the move across countries. From the outside, I was living the dream.

But it came at a cost: 15-hour workdays that often began at 4:00 a.m.

By 2018, I was exhausted. And one day, I asked myself what would become one of the most important questions of my life:

What if I poured the same energy and time into building something of my own? So I quit.

People thought I had lost my mind. Only I knew the weight I was carrying.

After a six-month sabbatical, I began building something of my own. Then COVID-19 hit. Almost overnight, I lost 99% of what I had built. I was broke. Friends I had once taken under my wing started keeping their distance, and some questioned why I had ever left the bank.

But slowly and consistently, I rebuilt.

Today, I work with a lean team in a Strategy Consulting firm, helping businesses navigate some of their most important challenges.

Along the way, I noticed that top executives have valuable insights, years of experience, sharp perspectives, and deep expertise — but rarely the time to turn all that knowledge into something they can share with the world.

So, a year ago, I decided to put that realisation — and my experience — to work differently. I began helping founders, CEOs, VCs, and senior executives turn their experience, expertise, and ideas into clear, compelling thought leadership.
